Flights · Changes · Cancellations

One call. Every major U.S. airline on the table.

Booking sites show you one carrier at a time. A live agent compares them all at once — fares, routings, layovers, and what it actually costs to change the ticket later.

Agents available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Airline names appear here for identification only, to describe which carriers can be booked. Global Flight Deals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them, and all names and marks remain the property of their owners. To contact an airline directly, use the phone number published on that airline's own website.

What happens on the call

Three steps, usually under ten minutes

STEP 1

You are connected

Your call goes straight to an agent at the partner agency — not to us. Tell them the cities, dates, travelers, and how flexible you are. No account or card needed for a quote.

STEP 2

They compare carriers

The agent reads back two or three real fares with the airline, routing, layovers, and total price including taxes and any service fee.

STEP 3

Book it, or don't

If a fare works, the agency takes payment and emails the confirmation with the airline's own booking reference. Your contract is with them. If not, the call ends and you owe nothing.

Common reasons to call

The trips that are faster to book by phone

Search engines handle simple round trips well. Everything below tends to break booking sites — and is usually sorted out in one call.

Same-day flight change

Missed a connection or need an earlier flight today? An agent can check same-day change availability and standby options across carriers while you stay on the line.

Last-minute one-way fares

Booking inside 48 hours, funeral and family emergency travel, or a one-way home. Next available flights compared across carriers, not one airline's inventory.

Multi-city and open-jaw trips

Fly into one city, out of another, with stops in between. Priced by an agent, these are often cheaper than stitching separate tickets together.

Group booking, 10 or more

Weddings, teams, and company travel. Group fares come from the airline's group desk and are not shown online, so this one always needs a phone call.

Travel with an infant, pet, or wheelchair

Lap infants, in-cabin pet space, oxygen, and wheelchair assistance all have per-flight limits. The agent confirms them with the airline before you pay.

Name correction on a booked ticket

A misspelled last name or a passport that doesn't match the reservation. Rules differ by carrier and there is usually a deadline — call sooner rather than later.
